TommyCar Auto Helps Bring an End to Bullying

Giving back to the community is second nature to Carla Cosenzi, President of TommyCar Auto Group, consisting of Country Nissan, Country Hyundai, Northampton Volkswagen and the all new Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley. TommyCar Auto Group was the official partner for Unify Against Bullying for the month of October.  During the entire month of October, each dealership donated $20 for every car sold. Thanks to customer involvement, TommyCar Auto Group was able to donate $4,200.00.

Our organizations mission is to end bullying through the celebration of true diversity and your generous check in the amount of $4,200.00 helps us get one step closer to accomplishing that mission,” says Christine Maiwald, Executive Director of Unify Against Bullying.

“Bullying happens way more than it should, but we have the power to make a difference.

We need to continue to talk about bullying openly and freely, and not be scared to address the issues that happen to us, our family, our friends, or our co-workers” said Cosenzi. “Unify is changing the culture within our communities and the way people are addressing bullying and I knew I had to be a part of that.”
